One of the main factors of social and economic crises is moral and financial scandal. These scandals are not limited to the realm of society and economy, but enter the realm of governance and the state. One of the effective strategies to reduce such scandals is enactment of anti-corruption Codes of Conduct which are enacted by the members of each profession according to the characteristic of that profession with an approach based on Professional Self-Regulation. The question is, which sets of Codes of Conduct governs judgment as a profession that is always exposed to corrupt situation and how are their status? In this regard, the U.S due to the importance of the position judges in it, has taken significant steps to explain professional behavioral duties of judges that due to the poor history of documents governing the Conduct of Iranian judges, can be considered by the relevant authorities. Because of behavior of judges plays an important role in the position of the Judiciary, public trust in judicial branch, position of justice and so on. Through a descriptive-analytical study, we find that items such as Impartiality, Confidentiality, avoidance of political activities, restriction on the receipt of gifts, favors and loan, etc. are important duties that exist in the American Codes of judicial Conduct.

The efforts of advocates of ethics in business, depicts people Conduct model with company, competitors and others in a list of ethical Codes. It helps the ethical organizational culture. These Codes distinguish what is right from what is wrong in professions. Then according to the important role of ethics in Islam, this research, derives some marketing and sale ethical criteria from interviews with Islamic ethics and marketing experts. Using Grounded Theory strategy, and by open-coding analysis in Atlas.ti software, the criteria are extracted and then some Codes for preventing sellers from anti-ethical interactions are developed in three groups; general, company, and competitors. Results are to help people confronting ethical dilemmas.

As the discussion of cryptocurrency and electronic money became widespread and became accessible to the general public, the government and parliament sought to adopt a criminal policy due to the potential challenges posed by cryptocurrency and electronic money from a legal, financial, and economic perspective. In this study, which is organized using a descriptive-analytical method, the aim of the study was to examine Iran's criminal policy towards electronic money and cryptocurrencies, and the issues raised revolve around answering the main question of what Iran's criminal policy is in relation to electronic money and cryptocurrencies. The findings and results of the research indicate that the outcome of the government and parliament's stance and reaction to cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin, has not been sufficiently clear and transparent, and currently, the transparency that exists in other countries regarding cryptocurrencies cannot be compared to Iranian law, and it cannot be placed, for example, under the criminal policy of absolute prohibition with the criminal policy of observation and evaluation, etc. Iran's criminal policy approach was positive for a period of time, especially until 2018, and even investment in this area was welcomed, but gradually, jurisprudential challenges based on usury and embezzlement were raised, and then two different and different stances were adopted by the parliament, and later the central bank and the government also added to this ambiguity.

Control of professional and guild institutions in the form of the administrative guardianship is always important. However, it is also possible to control these institutions by setting some professional standards based on autonomy. The medical profession has a special sensitivity due to its connection with the most important aspects of human life and making an effort to bring the performance of its members subject to professional standards which are generally adopted by governmental authorities in the form of Codes of ethic. Although, in countries such as Germany and the United States of America, medical unions set these standards in the form of Codes of Conduct. The professional Codes of Conduct are more definite than the Codes of ethic and have some sanctions and therefore have the mandatory power. The question is, what is the status of physicians' professional standards in Germany and the United States of America? Because the duties contained in the physicians' Codes of Conduct of Germany and the United States of America precisely explain how physicians perform and to ensure compliance there are some sanctions, so these Codes in the form of soft law have a legal obligation. The purpose of this article is to explain the physicians' behavioral duties and its sanctions as an important part of the professional Codes of Conduct to find out that the regulations of professional medical institutions are binding in some conditions and are able to control physicians' Conduct. In this regard, we have used Codes of Conduct, books and articles and we are trying to achieve this goal in a descriptive-analytical manner. The findings show that despite the prediction of some behavioral duties such as confidentiality in Germany and the united states of America, the German approach to enact of behavioral duties and sanctions is more exact and in accordance with professional autonomy.

Background and objective: Despite the expansion of the use of artificial intelligence in various dimensions of human life, no written ethical guidelines have been developed for its application in the country. This research aims to systematically review the literature on applying this technology in medical sciences education to compile and summarize related Codes of ethics and professional Conduct. Methods and Materials: A search was Conducted to identify related studies in PubMed, Web of Science, and EMBASE databases from 2010 to 2022. Studies that met the inclusion criteria were included in the review. Then the required information was extracted and discussed. Results: Seventeen studies entered the final study stage according to the criteria. The most critical extracted framework include, was: accountability and responsibility, knowledge and awareness, privacy and data protection, transparency and explainability, fairness and non-discrimination, safety, respect for the individual, controllability, necessity, and effectiveness, humane monitoring, bias, and altruism. Conclusion: On the subject of ethical topics in the use of artificial intelligence in the education of medical sciences, there is still no codified and joint discourse in the country because the debate is complex, multidimensional, and dependent on the day-by-day progress of this technology and any regulatory framework, can change quickly and even become obsolete. As a result, it is necessary to move from a reactive approach to a proactive and forward-looking approach in dealing with this case. There is an urgent need to form a multidisciplinary working group in the Ministry of Health to formulate ethical principles, supervise and monitor systems, and enlighten teachers, students, and the general public with artificial intelligence and its ethical principles.
